Queue Management System

Optimising patient flow from waiting to completion.

Daily queue

  1. Patient Queue shows today's active entries ordered by priority and arrival.
  2. Update status as patients are called, seen, or completed. Nurses start consultations from the queue.

Appointments and future queue

  1. Book appointments from Admin calendar or Assistant → Book appointment.
  2. For today's appointments you can add the patient to the live queue at check-in.
  3. Future-dated bookings can schedule queue check-in for that day automatically when enabled.

Tips for flow

  1. Use priority for emergencies.
  2. Keep vitals captured at registration when possible to speed nurse review.
  3. Clear completed entries so the board reflects who is still waiting.
