Service description

Clinic Assistant is cloud-based clinic management software including patient queue, records, appointments, payments, HR, and related modules. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts and approval

Clinic registrations may require manual approval. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for staff you authorise.

Subscription and fees

Premium is billed at R2,500 per month for the main clinic location, including onboarding and training. Additional branches are R1,000 per month each unless otherwise agreed in writing. There is no free trial unless explicitly offered in a signed agreement. Fees are due as invoiced; non-payment may result in suspension.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to harm others
• Attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the platform
• Upload malicious code or infringe third-party rights
• Misrepresent clinical or billing information

Clinic data

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us a licence to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for backups of critical exports where required by your policies.

Availability and support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Premium includes onboarding, training, and support during business hours as communicated at signup. Maintenance may occur with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNT Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to your agreement or by written notice. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, access may be revoked; export of your data may be available for a limited period on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of South Africa unless otherwise agreed.
